Spring season in San Antonio

We are only 2 short days away from the official start of Spring! Although it’s fair enough to say that here in Texas we’ve had some early spring weather. Hopefully you’ve taken advantage of that and made your way out to the local nurseries to gather up your spring veggies, herbs and seeds. Even better if you’ve planned and planted your garden up with all those goodies. If so, you’ll be snacking on those first sweet little cherry tomatoes from the vine in early May. But if your life has been busy and you haven’t gotten those plants in yet, do not worry. Try to get your tomatoes and all of the warm season loving plants in by the end of March. Stay tuned for a list of all the best herbs and plants to include in your spring kitchen garden!
